What material are 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀 jewels made of?

All 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀 jewels are made of stainless steel and plated in 14|18 carat gold with the exception of those in the Luxury Collection which are made of 925 silver and plated in 18 carat gold/rhodium.

Can I wear jewelry in the shower or while washing?

All 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀 jewels are Waterproof. However, it is preferable to avoid contact with aggressive liquids such as corrosive detergents (household detergents, hairsprays, etc.), perfumes, oils, etc.

925 silver jewelry, being a more delicate material, can lose its shine if frequently exposed to humidity or aggressive substances: it is always advisable to dry it well after contact with water and store it in a dry place.

How can I preserve my jewelry so that it stays beautiful and shiny for a long time?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in the BELLAETEREA boxes/pouches provided with your order.

For 925 silver jewelry, since they are more delicate and subject to natural oxidation, we recommend storing them in the airtight plastic bags included in the package, so as to protect them from humidity and maintain their shine for longer.

Sizes & Fit

💍 How to choose your Bellaeterea ring size

All Bellaeterea rings are US size , not Italian size, so it's important to check your size before purchasing.

📌 Under each non-adjustable ring you will find a complete table that allows you to convert:

  • Diameter
  • Circumference
  • Italian size

✨ Extra tip: If you're between two sizes, choose the slightly larger one for optimal comfort, and the smaller one for silver.

Size Guide

Measure the inside diameter of a ring of your size. Make sure you measure from the centre or widest part of the ring (as shown in the image below). This is the diameter.

 


Otherwise, simply measure the circumference of your finger with a string or a dressmaker's tape measure as explained in the image below. Once you have found the diameter or circumference, you can find your size with this chart (available on the product pages of all non-adjustable rings).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 business day or less if placed before 1:00 PM . Once processed, delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination, but are generally within 24-48 hours.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. You will be given a voucher for the value of your purchase to use on a future order.

Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
