Pre-order cancellation policy – Bellaeterea

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon.

Important note: on Bellaeterea, payment is charged immediately in full at checkout.

• Once payment has been completed, the order cannot be canceled because production or processing of the pre-order has already begun.
• If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Any requests will be evaluated according to the nature of the product.
• Any returns or refunds will be handled in accordance with our returns policy, depending on the customization and nature of the pre-order.
