Returns and Exchanges – 14 days

At BELLAETEREA, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

1. When you can make a return

You can return one or more items within 14 days if:

they are new, never used,
intact and undamaged,
in their original packaging complete with all accessories,
accompanied by the return document, an email notifying us of the return of the package to our premises.
āš ļø For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used jewelry.

2. How to send a return

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, which must be sent to:

āŒ Non-compliant shipments will be refused.

3. Responsibility for shipment

Until the products are received at our warehouse, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer.

If the package arrives damaged, we will inform you within 5 working days so that we can open a case with the courier.

4. Issuing the voucher

After the returned goods have been checked and approved, BELLAETEREA will issue a voucher for the value spent, which can be used for future purchases.

5. When a return CANNOT be accepted

The return will be refused if:

the original packaging or parts of it are missing;
the product shows signs of wear or dirt;

the product is not resalable;
the package arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.
