RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
Return for replacement 14 days
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are free to return the item to us up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order!You can therefore return orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, without incurring any additional handling costs for the customer, apart from the simple cost of transport, which always remains the customer's responsibility.
The products must be returned
- Correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
- Equipped with the return document (found at the top of this page), so that BELLAETEREA can identify the Consumer
In order to access the return procedure, the customer is required to organise, at his/her own expense, the shipment of the returned items to

Under no circumstances shall returns with costs or charges to be borne by BELLAETEREA be accepted.
Any non-compliant shipment will be refused by BELLAETEREA, with the result that the return cannot be processed.
Refunds will only be made if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to our premises. BELLAETEREA will accept the returned goods reserving any refund only after checking that the products have been returned in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case BELLAETEREA will forward the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. BELLAETEREA will refund the customer the full amount already paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal and the relevant communication, by transfer of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it shall be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (IBAN Code of the Current Account of the invoice holder and relative beneficiary).
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent envelopes and sealing tape); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, as far as possible, inserting it in a second envelope; in all cases it is forbidden to affix labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging;
- Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and can therefore no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
- Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of damage to the goods during transport organised by the customer, BELLAETEREA will inform the customer of what has happened (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the customer, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal;
- Products to be returned must be without obvious signs of use. Specifically in the case of electrical instruments, they must not bear any traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) beyond the time required for a test and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.
- Used jewellery may not be returned under any circumstances. Given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made.
- The Customer loses the right of withdrawal, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases in which BELLAETEREA ascertains:
- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner contents;
- The absence of elements and/or anomalies in the product itself;
- The use of the product, which has compromised its integrity.

In the event that you need to return the item, we ask you to arrange the shipping and send us the payment receipt to the above e-mail in order to reimburse the shipping costs.
