Silver is an extremely malleable metal, this can cause the prongs that hold the stones in place to open.

It is recommended to clean them frequently with the provided jewelry cloth to remove any residue that may have accumulated. For a deeper clean such as stone settings, place the jewelry in a cup of warm water with a drop of dish soap and brush gently. A soft-bristled toothbrush is usually ideal for this purpose!
